Unfortunately I have finally succumbed to the bugs going round and am poorly and so unfortunately have to cancel tonight’s CardioWOW and Kettlercise classes. Apologies for the inconvience. Merritt’s Pilates at 6pm is ON! So please drop me a line to book in for some beginners Pilates.

Unfortunately due to childcare issues I am going to have to cancel today’s CardioWOW class. Big apologies to all cardiowowers! The rest of this evenings classes are as usual! 6pm beginners pilates with Merritt 7:20pm Kettlercise

People are off out having lots of fun so classes are a bit quieter than normal. Tonight’s Kettlercise at 6pm is CANCELLED Pilates at 7pm is on as usual. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Please note that Kettlercise is cancelled this evening. CardioWOW is on at 6pm as usual.

Apologies to everyone but there will be NO Kettlercise tonight at 6pm. Unfortunately I am not back to 100% jump capacity! All as normal on Thursday and next Monday. 7pm Pilates is still ON so look forward to seeing everyone there.

Reminder! Due to studio closure there are NO classes this evening (Monday 17th). Classes resume as normal tomorrow (Tuesday) Thank you.

Just a reminder that I am away for a well deserved long weekend so will not be contactable. I will reply to any messages on my return. There are NO classes on Friday or Monday! All back to normal from Tuesday. This means NO Zumba at 10:30 on Friday No Pilates at 7pm or Kettlercise
